Nibora (the “Company”) values your personal information and complies with applicable laws including the Personal Information Protection Act.
1. Information We Collect
- Date and time of birth, place of birth, gender, name (to generate Saju readings)
- Email address (to deliver your destiny report link)
- Mobile phone number (to deliver your report link by SMS — Korean service only)
- Text you submit for consultation (to generate a personalized response)
- Payment records — order number, amount, payment email (processed via payment provider)
- Access records — browser information, etc. (for error diagnostics)
- Service usage records, cookies and similar technologies
2. Purpose of Use
Collected information is used only to generate and deliver Saju content, send destiny report links by email/SMS, process payments and handle refunds, and diagnose errors and improve the Service. We may also use anonymized, aggregated statistics that cannot identify individuals to improve the Service and the quality of interpretations.
3. Retention Period
Personal information is destroyed without delay once its purpose is fulfilled. However, under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, records of contracts or withdrawal of subscription are retained for 5 years, records of payment and supply of goods for 5 years, and records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution for 3 years.
4. Outsourcing of Processing and Overseas Transfer

- Anthropic PBC (US) — AI reading generation (date/time of birth, gender, place of birth transmitted)
- Resend Inc. (US) — email delivery
- Solapi Inc. (Korea) — SMS delivery
- Lemon Squeezy LLC (US) — overseas payment processing
- PayApp Co., Ltd. (South Korea) — domestic payment processing
- Vercel Inc. (US) — web hosting
- PostHog Inc. (USA) — service usage analytics
Processing is entrusted to the parties above to provide the Service, and some information is transferred overseas as a result. You may refuse consent, but doing so may limit your ability to use the Service.
5. Third-Party Disclosure
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without your separate, optional consent. Even if you have given optional consent for marketing or third-party disclosure, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting the Privacy Officer below.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time.
